• What are your payment terms?+
  Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance via HoneyBook with automatic billing. Project work is typically 50% on project kick-off, 50% on completion. All invoices are due on receipt.
• Can we flex the retainer scope month to month?+
  Retainers are scoped at the tier level for the duration of the minimum term. Upgrades to a higher tier can be arranged with 30 days notice. Downgrades are not available within the minimum term — this protects the quality of delivery and team planning.
• What is included in the £1,500 onboarding fee?+
  Account setup, Notion workspace configuration for your brand, platform access and credentials handover, your week-one strategy session, and initial brand audit documentation. The onboarding fee is a one-time charge for all new retainer clients.
• Do you work with businesses outside the UK?+
  Yes. OLUME works with founders globally. All meetings are conducted via video call. We have worked successfully with clients across Europe, North America and the Middle East. London is our home, not our limit.
• How long does a typical project take?+
  Brand Foundation: 6–10 weeks. Web Design & Build: 8–12 weeks. The OLUME Launch Programme™: 12–20 weeks. Social Media Setup: 2–3 weeks. Timelines depend on scope, content provision and approval speed on the client side.
• Do you offer discounts?+
  15% of our client roster is permanently reserved for early-stage female founders at significantly reduced rates — apply via the Start a Project form. We also offer reduced rates for founding clients in exchange for testimonials and published case studies.
