The O L U M E Female Founders Community exists because the networks that help businesses grow have always been unevenly distributed. The right room, the right introduction, the right moment of honest advice — these things have historically gone to those who already had access to them.
We are in the founding phase of building something different: a free community for women at every stage of building a business. Whether you are pre-launch with an idea you cannot stop thinking about, in your first year of trading, or further along and looking for a community that understands the specific experience of building as a woman — this space is for you.
We are particularly focused on being genuinely welcoming to women who face barriers that go beyond the commercial: single mothers, survivors rebuilding their lives, women from marginalised backgrounds, and those who have been historically shut out from professional networks. A business idea is powerful. The right support around it can change everything.
