We built OLUME to close that gap. A female-led studio with the creative standards of a top-tier London agency and the structure, pricing and approach that actually works for founders building real businesses.

O L U M E believes that creative businesses carry a specific responsibility to the women who face not just economic barriers, but deeply personal ones. We are actively building partnerships with organisations that support women who are rebuilding — survivors of domestic abuse and coercive control, women escaping grooming and exploitation, single mothers, and those who have been shut out from the networks most founders take for granted.
Building a business — however early, however small — can be one of the most powerful acts of self-determination available to a woman in crisis or in transition. Access to professional-grade creative support, at the right moment, can mean the difference between an idea that stays an idea and one that becomes an income.
